摘要:: 通过对常州市公共体育场馆活动开展状况调查，发现市民认为公共体育场馆应该提供的公益性体育服务项目排在前三位，依次是：健身咨询、健身辅导及健身培训，多数市民健身趋向于公益性服务；体育场馆提供公益性体育服务的时间主要集中在早晨及中午的营业空闲时段，提供公益性体育服务的项目几乎涵盖了目前开展的所有经营项目。提出整合公共场馆的各种资源，培育公共体育场馆的消费主体，构建公共体育场馆运营中提供公益性体育服务的价值补偿机制等建议。

Abstract:: Through the investigation of Changzhou public sports activities situation, the paper found that the public believes that public stadiums should provide public sports services, the top three are health consultation, health coaching and fitness training, the majority of the public fitness tends to public service; sports venues to provide public sports time mainly in business during the idle time of morning and noon, provide public sports service projects covering almost all business. It Put forward the integration of various resources public venues, the main consumer to cultivate public stadiums, construct the value compensation mechanism of public sports service of public stadiums in operation and so on..
