摘要:
文章以社会管理学为基础理论，结合社区体育变化特点，提出社会体育因参与者的广泛性、活动内容多样性、方法手段的灵活性、组织活动的社会性、交往方式的个性化等特点，使其构成要素日趋复杂。为实现这些要素整合，追求公共利益和社会效益最大化，需要制度上的重大调整，用社会制度规范引导和规范社会行为。为此，以社会规范与社会行为及个体的社会适应、与社会控制及社会秩序维持、与信任基础的社会心理预期3个命题，阐释了规范社会资本在社区体育发展中的理论研究价值和实践的现实意义。
Abstract:
This paper used social management as basic theory and combined with the characteristics of change in community sports, put forward that the features of the participants of universality, activity content diversity, method flexibility, interactions of personalized made social sports components more complex. In order to achieve these elements integration and pursuit of public interest and the social benefit maximization, we need to make major changes on the system and to use social system specification to guide and regulate social behavior. Therefore, this article used three propositions which are social norm, social behavior with the social adaptation of the individual, with social control and order, and with social psychological expectations which base on social norms and trust, to explain the theoretical research value and practical significance of regularize social capital in the development of community sports.
