摘要:
通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法对参加中华人民共和国第一届青年运动会U19比赛的142名女排队员运动损伤情况进行统计分析。女排队员运动损伤主要分布于腰部、膝关节、肩部、踝关节、肘部等部位；造成运动损伤的原因主要包括排球运动本身的竞技特点、不同专位的技术特点、训练年限、训练时间、教练员和运动员自身原因等因素。
Abstract:
By using the method of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes statistical analysis on the sports injury of 142 women＇s volleyball players in the U19 competition of the first youth games of the people＇s Republic of China. Women＇s volleyball team sports injuries are mainly distributed in parts of the waist, knee, shoulder and ankle joints, elbows, etc.; caused by sports injuries mainly include the characteristics of the volleyball competition, the factors of different technical characteristics of specifically, training period, the time for training, coaches and athletes for their own reasons.
