摘要:
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和德尔菲法，以新生代农民工体育文化建设评价指标体系为研究对象，依据全民健身国家战略、农民工体育和社会评价理论，遵循目标性等原则构建包含4个一级指标、12个二级指标以及43个三级指标的新生代农民工体育文化建设评价指标体系。构建该评价指标体系旨在加强新生代农民工体育文化建设，促进新生代农民工体育文化事业的快速发展。
Abstract:
In the meeting of the political bureau of the central committee put forward comprehensive assessment under the new situation of economic picture，new generation of migrant workers as part of mass sports that their sports culture construction also need to use quantitative indicators to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. In this paper,literature,expert assessment,Delphi method and other methods，in new generation migrant workers evaluation index system of sports culture construction as the research object，on the basis of national strategy of national fitness, rural migrant workers in sports and social evaluation theory,follow the principle of objectives, such as building contains 4 first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators of evaluation index system of new generation migrant workers sports culture construction. Build the evaluation index system is designed to strengthen the construction of the new generation peasant workers sports culture to promote the rapid development of the new generation migrant workers sports cultural undertakings.
