摘要:
体育课程的自主学习是以体育课程为学习对象,通过学生自觉、自为、自控的身心体验行为获得一定效果的学习形式。通过分析发现,当前高校学生具有强烈的体育学习动机、相对成熟的学习经验,而且大学体育学习资源丰富、学习环境开放,高校具备了开展体育课程自主学习的特定情境。但是,学生运动基础差、个体间运动技能差异明显、学生意志力薄弱、教师引导不力、教学资源限制等几个现实性的问题制约着自主学习的全面开展。因此,有必要采取加强教师的组织引导、挖掘和丰富学习资源、加强自我行为的监控等措施,推动高校体育自主学习的开展。
Abstract:
Autonomous learning of physical education curriculum is an experience behavior learning form through the students' consciousness,self-conduct and self-control behavior.The analysis revealed that college has the condition to carry out autonomous learning of physical education curriculum because the current college students have a strong learning motivation, relatively mature learning experience,and college has offered the rich learning resources and opening environment.However,students poor sports foundation, individuals skill differences,lack of willpower,lack of teachers guide still restricts the development of autonomous learning;therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the teachers'guide,enrich the learning resources,strengthen the self-monitoring behavior to promote the development of the autonomous learning in college.
