摘要:

日益繁盛的全民健身与异化现象之间的碰撞越发频繁，全民健身异化问题也随之凸显。文章从审视全民健身异化现象的呈现与探寻切入，剖析个人层面及组织层面异化现象存在的危害性；指出个人缺乏理性判断、组织缺少行业指导、市场缺失监管把控是异化现象产生的缘由；阐述了以政府主导、社会治理、制度建设、市场供给为视角的跨域治理之策。研究指出：消除异化影响，深化全民健身，是一场狂热到理性、杂乱到有序的反思与自省，是一次全民健身生活化、科学化的呐喊与自立。

Abstract:

The collision between the increasingly prosperous national fitness and the alienation phenomenon is more and more frequent，and the problem also highlights the alienation of national fitness.This paper examines the phenomenon of alienation from the national fitness show and explore the breakthrough，Hazard analysis of existing individual level and the organizational level of alienation.It points out that individual lack of rational judgment，lack of industry guidance organization，lack of market supervision is to control the alienation of reason；the government leading，social governance，system construction，market supply for cross domain policy governance perspective.
