摘要:

了解江苏省高校大学生运动伤害现状，分析其发生的原因、特点和规律，为制定大学生运动伤害防控政策和措施提供科学依据。 采用系统抽样方法，在江苏省南京、苏州、扬州、南通、徐州和连云港6个城市随机选取30所非体育类高校12600名大学生进行问卷调查，并进行统计分析。结果表明：江苏省大学生运动伤害发生率为29.46 %。男生发生率为35.25 %，女生发生率为21.78 %，男生运动伤害发生率显著高于女生。运动伤害发生率最高的情境是课外体育活动（40.98 %），发生率最高的项目类型是足球（52.29 %）。比例最高的损伤类型是皮肤损伤（31.03 %），比例最高的发生原因体育设施问题（30.23 %）。 江苏省大学生运动伤害发生率较高，影响因素众多，应加大对高校体育教学资金的投入，制定科学的体育管理制度，提升教师专业水平，提高学生的自我保护能力与意识。

Abstract:

Objective：To understand the situation of sports injuries among college students in Jiangsu Province，analyze the causes，characteristics and laws of sports injuries，and provide scientific basis for formulating policies and measures for prevention and control of sports injuries in college students.Methods：A total of 12,600 non-sports college students from 6 non-sports universities in Nanjing，Suzhou，Yangzhou，Nantong，Xuzhou and Lianyungang were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and systematic analysis.Results：The incidence of sports injuries among college students in Jiangsu Province was 29.46 %.The incidence was 35.25 % in male and 21.78 % in female.The incidence of sports injuries in male was significantly higher than that in female.The location with the highest incidence of sports injuries was the extracurricular sports activity (40.98 %)，and the highest incidence type of sports injuries was football (52.29 %).The highest proportion of sports injuries was skin damage (31.03 %)，the highest proportion of causes of sports injuries was facilities problem(30.23 %).Conclusion：The incidence of sports injuries among college students in Jiangsu Province is relatively high，and there are many influencing factors.It is necessary to increase investment in college physical education funds，formulate a scientific sports management system,improve the professional level of teachers，and improve students’self-protection ability and awareness.
