摘要:: 文章以体育与健康课程标准为研究背景，针对中学生田径学习评价现状的需要，运用文献资料法、特尔菲法、层次分析法和数理统计等方法，构建了包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标和17个三级指标的中学生田径运动技能学习评价指标体系，并确定各级评价指标的权重系数。研究认为中学生田径技能学习评价的实际操作、标准形式存在诸多问题，针对指标内容设计出田径运动技能学习评价的具体操作方案，构建一个全面性、权重性的学习评价指标体系，能深化教师对学习评价的认识，为基层体育教师在教学评价方面提供了参考，促进了中学生田径运动技能水平的提高。

Abstract:: Based on the research background of physical education and health curriculum standard，aiming at the needs of the present situation of track and field learning evaluation in middle school students，using the methods of literature，Delphi，AHP and mathematical statistics，constructs an evaluation index system including three first-level indexes，6 second-level indexes and 17 thirdlevel indexes and their weight coefficient.A comprehensive and weighted learning evaluation index system and the specific operation programs would deepen teachers’understanding of learning evaluation and provide reference for primary-level physical education teachers in teaching evaluation，so as to enhance the improvement of middle school students’track and field skills.
