摘要:
“健康中国”已上升为国家战略，体医融合与人民健康事业密切相关，构建具有中国特色的“体医融合”发展模式是促进全民健身发展的关键组成部分。通过理论与实证相结合的方法对我国各地区开展的体医融合模式进行研究，总结出适合我国体医融合发展的五种模式：医院康复（体检）中心模式、国民体质监测服务中心模式、体卫两局协同模式、第三方社会机构模式、社会非营利性组织模式。在此基础上从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出体医融合的推进策略,以期全面促进我国体医融合协同治理的有序推进，为我国“健康中国2030”的时代要求提供强有力的支撑。
Abstract:
“Healthy China” has become a national strategy，and the integration of sports and medicine is closely related to people’s health.In this paper，through the combination of theoretical and empirical methods，we study the integration mode of sports and medicine in various regions of China，and summarize five modes suitable for the development of sports and medicine integration in China:hospital rehabilitation (physical examination) center mode，national fitness monitoring service center mode，Sports Bureau and health and Family Planning Commission cooperation mode，thirdparty social organization mode，social nonprofit organization mode;On this basis，this paper puts forward the promotion strategies of sports’ medicine integration from the macro，meso and micro levels，in order to comprehensively promote the coordinated governance of sportsmedicine integration in China，and provide strong support for the era requirements of “healthy China 2030”.
