摘要:
运用文献资料法等，梳理我国体医融合发展的演进脉络，审视体医融合发展的现实困境,进而发现问题并提出未来我国体医融合发展的方向、路径和举措。研究认为，体医融合是一个多维度、多层次、多主体协同治理的健康促进服务方式。我国体医融合发展经历了建国初期的萌芽期、改革开放后复苏期、世纪之交的形成期和走向新时代的确立期四个阶段。在融合之势不断加深的进程中，出现了诸如政府的角色定位、管理制度、认知观念、服务内容方面的困境和藩篱。站在新的历史时期，提出以行政制度改革、治理创新、社会价值引领、建立整体健康观为实践进路，形成政府、社会、个人协同推进策略，实现“体医融合”的疾病管理与健康服务新模式。
Abstract:
This study used the methods of comparison and literature review to analyze the development of the integration of sports and medicine in China,examine the plight of the development of the integration of sports and medical,find out the problems and to put forward the directions,paths and measures of the development of the integration of sports and medical in China.The study believes that integration of sports and medicine is a multi-dimensional,multi-level,multi-agent collaborative governance health promotion service.The integration of sports and medicine in China has experienced four stages:the early stage of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the recovery period after reform and opening up,the formation period at the turn of the century,and the establishment period towards the new era.In the process of continuous deepening of the integration,difficulties and barriers such as the government’s role positioning,management system,cognitive concepts,and service content have emerged.Standing in the new historical period,it is proposed to take the administrative system reform,governance innovation,social value guidance,and the establishment of an overall health concept as the practical approach,form a coordinated promotion strategy of the government,society,and individuals to achieve a new model of integration of sports and medicine of disease management and health Serve in a new era.
