摘要:
为了在厦门市中老年人群体中更好地推广气排球运动，有必要对其发展环境进行分析和研究。文章通过对厦门市气排球运动的发展现状进行问卷调查和实地调研，对气排球参与者的年龄、学历、性别等特征进行全面的了解。在阐述气排球发展现状的基础上，从宏观环境，倡导绿色环保运动，利用多元化的媒介手段，紧随国家宏观政策定位气排球的发展；在微观角度，推进体育管理体制，发挥监管部门职能，健全人力资源管理体系，提出厦门气排球未来可持续发展的路径。
Abstract:
With the aim of popularizing the sport among the foregoing population in Xiamen,it is imperative to analyze and study its developmental environment.On this basis,a questionnaire and field research on the developmental status of gas volleyball in Xiamen have been conducted in a bid to have a comprehensive knowledge and grasp of its participants’ characters such as age,educational qualifications,gender and the like.The paper,founded on the elaboration of status quo of gas volleyball development,from the macro-perspective,advocated for the green and environmental friendly sport.Utilizing diverse medium channels and closely aligning with the policies set by the government for the development of gas volleyball sport,it indicated the future development approaches of gas volleyball sport.From the macro-perspective,it suggested the sustainable approaches for the development of gas volleyball sport in the future by advancing the sports management system,leveraging the regulatory functions of governing bodies and enhancing the human resouces management system.
