摘要:
知识是能力发展的基础。在学校竞技体育领域,更新教练员知识是提升育人效果和执教质量的必要举措。研究通过文献资料、实地调研、专家访谈等方法,分析学校教练员知识更新的深层原因、现实困境及实现策略。研究发现,推动知识更新的原因包括三方面:高质量发展背景下提升能力的基本诉求、专业革新中的职业追求、知识结构差异下的素养需求。但推进过程仍面临多重困境:教育体系僵化导致定位不明、培训制度滞后造成保障不力、自主意识薄弱引发内生力不足、激励机制缺失致使驱动力不足。研究提出以下纾困路径:加强国家宏观教育政策引领,构建大众化培训服务体系;完善教练员学历教育准入制度,推动专业素养内涵式发展;实施综合化执教知识评估手段,保障知识更新质量;以执教能力提升为导向,激发自我学习内驱力。
Abstract:
Knowledge is the foundation of ability development,and promoting the knowledge renewal of school coaches is a necessary measure to ensure the educational effect and teaching quality of competitive sports in schools.By using the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview,this paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons,practical difficulties and realization strategies of promoting the knowledge renewal of school coaches.The results show that the reason to promote the knowledge renewal of school coaches is that it is the basic demand to improve the ability of school coaches under the high-quality development of competitive sports,the professional pursuit of school coaches under the professional innovation,and the literacy demand of school coaches under the difference of knowledge structure.However,the promotion process still faces practical difficulties such as unclear positioning under the rigid education system,weak guarantee under the lagging training system,insufficient endogenous power under the weak sense of autonomy,and insufficient driving force under the lack of an incentive mechanism.The research puts forward the relief path to promote the knowledge update of school coaches in the new era:strengthening the guidance of national macro-education policy,building a popular training service system,improving the access system of coaches-academic education,promoting the connotative development of professional literacy,implementing comprehensive teaching knowledge evaluation methods,ensuring the quality of coaches’ knowledge update,adhering to the guidance of improving their teaching ability,and stimulating coaches’ self-learning drive.
