摘要:
进入新时代,师范院校体育教育专业面临着从去师范化到再师范化的二次转型。由此,基于文献资料等研究方法,探究综合化发展背景下师范院校体育教育专业在“去师范化”中所面临的困境以及重塑路径。结果表明:师范院校百年的体育师范文化底蕴、牢固构筑的体育师范专业优势、成熟稳定的体育师范教育培养模式、长久累积的体育社会实践资源以及国家相关政策的支持,形成了师范院校体育教育专业再师范化转型的现实基础。基于此,建议师范院校体育教育专业构建正确发挥政策导向作用,助推再师范化转型,提高师资队伍建设水准,保障师范教育质量,推进课程体系改革发展,满足师范教育需要和改善师范院校办学条件,优化师范教育环境的实践路径,以此来促进师范院校体育教育专业再师范化转型的早日实现。
Abstract:
Entering the new era, physical education majors in teacher training colleges are facing a second transformation from de-traditionalization to re-traditionalization. Therefore, based on the literature and other research methods, we explore the dilemmas faced by physical education majors in teacher training colleges in the context of comprehensive development and the path of remodeling. The results show that the centuries’ old cultural heritage of physical education teacher training in teacher training colleges and universities, the solidly established advantages of physical education teacher training, the mature and stable training mode of physical education teacher training, the long accumulated resources of physical education social practice, and the support of relevant national policies have formed a realistic foundation for the transformation of physical education majors in teacher training colleges and universities to be retraditionalized. Based on this, it is suggested that physical education majors in teacher training colleges and universities should build a practical path that correctly plays the role of policy orientation, promotes the transformation of retraditionalization, improves the standard of teacher training, guarantees the quality of teacher training, promotes the reform and development of the curriculum system, meets the needs of teacher training, and improves the conditions of teacher training colleges and universities and creates the environment for teacher training, so as to promote the early realization of the transformation of physical education majors in teacher training colleges and universities.
