为了解决漳州荔枝供应链收益分配存在的问题,构建了基于考虑新鲜度因素的修正 Shapley值法的漳州荔枝供应链收益分配协同决策模型,运用该模型对漳州荔枝供应链收益进行分配。该模型考虑了漳州荔枝供应链各主体对保持荔枝新鲜度的贡献,能够激发供应链各主体保持荔枝新鲜度的积极性,使漳州荔枝供应链收益分配更加公平合理。

The implementation of collaborative decisionmaking in revenue distribution of supply chain can make such distribution more reasonable and promote supply chain members to make more contributions to improve the overall efficiency.The stability of Litchi supply chain in Zhangzhou is weak,and the supply chain lacks collaborative decision-making mechanisms.Therefore,the revenue distribution is not reasonable enough.In order to solve the problem,this paper constructs a collaborative decision-making model of revenue distribution based on the improved Shapley value method,and allocates the revenue of Litchi Supply Chain in Zhangzhou by this model.This model takes into account the contribution of various members of Zhangzhou litchi supply chain to keep litchi freshness.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of the supply chain members to maintain the freshness of litchi and makes the revenue distribution of Zhangzhou litchi supply chain fairer and move reasonable.
