摘要:
设计和制作了一款以发光二极管(LED)为光源和检测器,用数字电压表直接显示样品吸光度值的低成本、易操作、便携的微型分光光度计系统。使用自制的光度计对亚甲基蓝试样进行测试,测定结果与721分光光度计无显著差异,具有良好的线性度和精密度,有望投入实际使用,实现分光光度计系统的便携、迷你化、低成本的目标。
Abstract:
A low-cost micro spectrophotometer system with light-emitting diode (LED) as the light source and detector was designed and manufactured.The system was characterized by its streamlined structure,low costing,portability and easy operation.The system used one LED as the light source,another LED as the detector and a digital voltmeter to display the absorbance of sample directly.There was no significant difference between the system and 721 spectrophotometer in the experiment of methylene blue determination.The results showed that the system has good linearity and accuracy.As a low-cost miniaturized spectrophotometer,it had a practical application prospect.
