摘要:
为解决传统拉膜机构结构复杂、难以控制、膜尺寸准确性低等问题,设计了一种新型薄膜包装机的拉膜机构,该机构以电机为动力,采用单片机作为电控元件,应用光栅盘测量拉放膜长度,通过控制电机的正转和反转,从而达到拉膜和放膜的目的.样机经过了实验测试,结果表明:该机构结构性能稳定,误差率小,膜张力易于调节.
Abstract:
The conventional film-drawing mechanism has complex structure and is difficult to be controlled.Meanwhile its control accuracy is low when putting film.In order to overcome these defects,a new film-drawing mechanism for plastic film was proposed and designed in the paper.The mechanism is driven by an electrical motor.A single chip microcomputer (SCM) is used as the electronic control component for the mechanism.The length of released film is measured by the grating plate.The motor in the film-drawing mechanism rotates forward to draw film and reverse to unwind film.The test of a sample machine was carried out. The result show that the mechanism has stable performance, high control accuracy,and can effectively control the tension of film.
