为研制适应于船舶航行环境的真空绝热板(VIP)吸气剂,选用协作方新近合成的吸气剂试样,首先由INCA能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电镜分析吸气剂成份,然后用Setaram PCT Pro E&E高压气体吸附仪,在温度30℃、平衡压力小于一个大气压下,测试氢在吸气剂试样上的吸附等温线.最后,选择5种饱和盐溶液由简易称重法测试温度为30℃时水蒸气在吸气剂试样上的吸附等温线.结果表明,吸气剂试样主要包含CaCO3、CaO和 MgO,在测试范围内,氢在试样上的吸附质量密度小于0.2%,水蒸气在试样上的吸附量小于2.21 mmol/g.需调整制备吸气剂试样成分和优化其结构才能适应船舶冷藏集装箱的性能要求.
Abstract:
The stability of adsorptive performance of the getter contained within a vacuum insulation panel(VIP) is crucial to its application.In this paper,the adsorption capacity of hydrogen and water vapor was evaluated on a newly developed getter for VIP used on reefer containers.Analysis of the composition of the sample was carried out by employing the SEM and EDS.Isotherm at 30℃ of hydrogen adsorption on the sample was volumetrically measured via Setaram PCT Pro E&E up to the equilibrium pressure about 0.1 MPa.Simplified gravimetric method was introduced to measure the adsorption amount of water vapor at temperature 30℃.Results show that the sample mostly contains CaCO3,CaO and MgO,and the storage density of hydrogen is less than 0.2 wt%; the adsorption amount of water vapor under the saturation pressures of five different kinds of salt solutions at temperature 30℃ is less than 2.21 mmol/g.Conclusions were drawn that modification of the composition and the optimization of the structure of the sample should be carried out while considering the development of the getter suitable for the application on board a ship.
