为了了解定子直径为60 mm的行波型旋转超声电机定子的振动特性,采用有限元分析的方法,在有限元软件ANSYS10.0中对其进行了模态、谐响应、瞬态仿真分析.得到了其模态频率及振型;振幅及阻抗随频率的变化关系;定子齿端质点的椭圆运动轨迹的形成过程,及其输入电流随时间的变化规律.

Analysis of a stator's vibration characteristics of a traveling wave type ultrasonic motor was carried out in this paper.The research was conducted on the stator having a diameter about 60mm by employing finite element method on the stator’s modal analyses,harmonic analyses and transient analyses via finite element software ANSYS10.0.It shows that the result from analysis is beneficial to the determination of the stator's vibration modal and resonance frequency, the relations between vibration amplitude,impedance and frequency,the ellipse trajectory formation process of a particle which belongs to the stator's tooth tip and the relation between input current of stator and time.Conclusions were drawn that the method of finite element analysis is applicable to the motor design,production and experimental study.
