摘要:: 马来西亚是全球新冠疫情持续较为严重的国家之一，疫情使马来西亚华人舞蹈发展陷入了前所未有的困境。通过实证研究，对疫情期间马来西亚华人舞蹈工作者生存现状进行调查和分析，发现华人舞蹈工作者呈现薪酬较低、兼职较多、工作稳定性差、对现状满意度低的从业特征，舞蹈行业整体生存状态及发展处于低谷期，未来发展前景不容乐观。应保障公平的华人舞蹈发展的政策制度、提供合理的华人舞蹈发展的经济资源配置、构建和谐的华人舞蹈发展的文化环境，以助力马来西亚华人舞蹈的发展及海外华人舞蹈研究。

Abstract:: Malaysia is one of the countries in the world where the pandemic was serious. The epidemic brought the development of overseas Chinese dance in Malaysia into an unprecedented predicament. The paper conducts an empirical study of the overseas Chinese dancers in Malaysia during the pandemic. It is found that they were less paid, took more part-time jobs, worked irregularly, and were less satisfied, and that the dance industry was at its valley, with a gloomy prospect. To help the development of overseas Chinese dance in the post-pandemic Malaysia and to facilitate the study of overseas Chinese dance involve establishing fair policies and systems for overseas Chinese dance, providing it with reasonable allocation of economic resources, and constructing a harmonious cultural environment.
