摘要:
研究对大学新生进行问卷调查,探讨大学新生感恩、主观社会地位、核心自我评价和获得感之间的关系以及主观社会地位和核心自我评价在感恩与获得感之间的作用机制。结果表明:大学新生感恩与获得感之间呈现显著正相关;大学新生感恩对获得感的影响是通过主观社会地位和核心自我评价的单独中介作用以及这两者联合形成的链式中介作用实现的。基于研究结果,增强大学新生获得感,需要注重大学新生感恩培养,提升积极情绪体验;注重大学新生主观社会地位培养,增强主观社会地位积极感知;注重大学新生核心自我评价培养,强化自身能力和价值认可。
Abstract:
This study conducts a questionnaire survey among college freshmen to explore the relationship between gratitude,subjective social status,core self-evaluation and sense of gain,and the mechanism of the relationship between subjective social status and core self-evaluation.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between gratitude and sense of gain among college freshmen.The influence of gratitude on the sense of gain of college freshmen is achieved through the separate mediating effects of subjective social status and core self-evaluation,as well as the chain mediating effect formed by the combination of the subjective social status and core self-evaluation.Based on the research results,to enhance the sense of gain among college freshmen,it is necessary to focus on cultivating their gratitude and improving their positive emotional experiences.Emphasize the cultivation of the subjective social status of college freshmen and enhance their positive perception of subjective social status.Emphasize the cultivation of core self-evaluation among college freshmen,and strengthen the recognition of their own abilities and values.
