- 从东京大学和东京工业大学的人才培养方案中可以发现，两所大学通识教育课程无论是时间还是课程数量都占有较大的比重，两校关注重点不同，但是都强调人文教育理念，培养学生丰富的人性，综合的判断能力，探寻真理的方法，以及对他文化的尊重和对人类福祉的追求，这些推动日本大学培养各个领域的精英人才，促使日本的大学走向卓越。相比之下，我国大学缺乏对通识教育和人文教育理念的正确理解，使得我们的通识教育课程只是在专业课以外加些中国传统文化的成分，多些文科类的课程，而对通识教育所强调的对学生思维的训练，情感的熏陶，对多元文化的理解等并未重视。
- Abstract:
- The education principal is the character of the university, the soul of the university. It shows through its people and things. This article studied training program on humanistic philosophy of education in two Japanese universities, looked into adhering humanistic educational philosophy, and its benefit for University and the community, from which gives our university some inspiration.
