摘要:
跨学科在更高层次对人才培养提出了指导,具有很强的现实适应性,不仅是对高等教育传统分科教育的一种超越,更是观念、方法论、思维、原理、教育哲学上的一种革新。借助文献分析跨学科内涵得知,跨学科项目培养的高质量人才不仅符合社会与科技发展的需要,也是追求人自身素养与全面发展的重要方式。梳理国外跨学科项目的实践经验,分析国外一流大学跨学科项目的不同特征和侧重点,深入理解跨学科项目对高质量人才培养的实践价值。通过对跨学科项目的共性认识为我国开展跨学科项目提供参考,以期促进新时代高质量教育体系的建构。
Abstract:
Interdisciplinary provides a new guidance for talent cultivation at a higher level with strong practical adaptability, which is not only a transcendence of traditional specialized subject of higher education, but also an innovation in concepts, methodology, thinking, principles, and educational philosophy. By analyzing the interdisciplinary connotation through literature analysis, it is found that the high-quality talents cultivated by interdisciplinary projects not only meet the needs of social and technological development, but also serve as an important way to pursue human literacy and comprehensive development. Summarize the practical experience of interdisciplinary projects abroad, analyze the different characteristics and focuses of interdisciplinary projects in top foreign universities, and deeply understand the practical value of interdisciplinary projects for high-quality talent cultivation. By gaining a common understanding of interdisciplinary projects, we can provide reference opinions for China to carry out interdisciplinary projects and promote the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.
