摘要:
面对日益激烈的国际竞争,日本研究型大学着眼于创新人才的供给与需求平衡,视培养拔尖创新人才为己任,坚定以开放为核心的培养理念,加强对外学术交流,注重学生自主学习能力的提高及产学研合作,积极推进人才兴国计划。以日本研究型大学为鉴,通过阅读大量文献并结合成熟的经济、管理理论进行比较分析,我国应从加大外部激励和丰富内在动机两方面入手,建立一个有层次、有体系的拔尖创新人才培养模式。
Abstract:
Facing increasingly vigorous and international competition, Japanese research universities view the balance of supply and demand of innovative talents and then regard the cultivation of tiptop innovative talents as their important mission. With the core education thoughts of great opening, they promote international academic communication,attach importance to developing students’ ability of self-study and cooperation of production、education and research .After reading a lot of literature review and learning from Japanese research universities, we can get the enlightenment that build up a systematic cultivation mode of the talents from both external stimulating and intrinsic motivation.
