摘要:
日本从20世纪80年代以来,逐渐实现了教师发展的制度化。2009年,日本成立了日本教学发展协会(JAED),通过组织化的活动与不同的大学和个人合作,对日本的教师发展产生了积极的影响。研究梳理其发展历程、使命与目标、主要实践活动,从而为我国教师发展中心的建设提出启示与建议:增加政府对于大学教师发展的支持、相关支持体系的构建、注重教师发展的内驱力、注重国际交流与合作。
Abstract:
Since the 1980s, Japan gradually achieved the institutionalization of faculty development. In 2009, Japan established the Japan association of educational development, in cooperation with different universities and individuals through organized activities, which has a positive impact on Japan faculty development. This paper reviews its history, mission and objectives and the main practice. China faculty development centers should increase government support, construct related support system, focus on the nature of faculty development, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
