摘要:
慕课作为一种新兴课程模式,体现了技术与文化的融合,并围绕数字化学习创造新能量。其利主要在于有助于开阔学生国际视野,增加教育选择机会,促进基础教育均衡化,提高教育资源利用率;其弊主要在于若缺少正确引导,任其无序发展,会给我国基础教育带来冲击,造成教育分化和资源流失。对于我国基础教育慕课应用问题,应积极应对、加强引导、审慎推进。加快教师角色转变,完善经费投入与使用机制,提升我国基础教育在世界上的竞争力。我国基础教育的国际化,需要充分吸收慕课的先进理念,并结合我国国情,开辟中国特色的基础教育慕课本土化发展道路,抓好基础教育改革,处理好慕课国际化与本土化的关系。
Abstract:
As an emerging curriculum model, MOOCS embodies the fusion of technology and culture, and creates new energy by encompassing digital learning. The main advantages of MOOCS are conducive to expand students’ international horizon, increase the opportunities of education selection, promote the equalization of basic education and enhance the use ratio of educational resources; Lack of correct guidance and allow MOOCS to develop disorderly that will bring impact to Chinese basic education and cause educational stratification and resource loss, which is the major disadvantage of MOOCS. For the application problem of MOOCS of Chinese basic education, we should respond actively, strengthen guidance and promote carefully. Quickening the transform of teacher tole and completing the investment and employment mechanism of expenditure to promote the competitiveness of Chinese basic education in the world. In order to realize the internationalization of Chinese basic education, we should fully assimilate the advanced thought of MOOCS, make way for the development of the localization of MOOCS of Chinese characteristics basic education according to Chinese conditions, grasp the reformation of basic education and handle the relationship between internationalization and localization of MOOCS properly.
