摘要:
以教师专业发展为视角,从乡村教师专业发展的现状入手,找出现阶段乡村教师专业发展存在的问题并分析原因,从而提出实现乡村教师专业发展的有效途径。
Abstract:
From the perspective of teacher professional development, grasping the present situation of the rural teachers’ professional development, through the analysis of affecting rural teachers’ professional development problems and reasons, and puts forward the effective ways to promote rural teacher professional development at present stage.
