摘要:
职业教育为我国经济和社会的发展提供了源源不断的高素质专业人才，现代职业教育体系框架在发展中逐渐完善起来，同时也暴露出了职业教育中的一些短板。陈嘉庚先生早期所创办的职业教育有三个特点：第一，以“诚毅”为学生成长的品格目标；第二，以实践教学为人才培养的突出方法；第三，以严格校纪为学校管理的重要手段。陈嘉庚职业教育思想特点中体现出的“诚毅”办学方针、实践教学思想和严格的学校管理方式对于进一步完善职业教育体制，为新时代职业教育开展提供了启示。
Abstract:
Vocational education continuously provides high-quality professionals for China’s economic and social development.The framework of modern vocational education system has been gradually improved in the course of development，and at the same time some shortcomings in vocational education have been exposed.The vocational education established by Tan Kah Kee in the early days has three characteristics:First,Tan Kah Kee’s vocational education takes “Sincerity and Fortitude” as the moral goal of students’development.Second，Tan Kah Kee’s vocational education takes practical teaching as the outstanding method of talent training.Third，Tan Kah Kee’s vocational education takes strict discipline as an important means of school management.The three characteristics of Tan Kah Kee’s thoughts on vocational education would provide some insights into further perfecting vocational education system and developing vocational education in the new era.
