摘要:
采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，简述了政府购买公共体育服务的背景和作用，对政府向社会第三方购买公共体育服务展开讨论，同时介绍了政府购买公共体育服务的方法方式、原则以及其目前存在的不足；然后在分析现状的基础上，对政府购买公共体育服务、推进全民健身事业提出建议：承接主体多元化，扩展公共服务的内容；第三方机构通过市场机制提高效率；完善相关法律法规，为第三方机构承接政府转移职能提供制度保障。
Abstract:
Through the methods of documentary and logical analysis,this study discusses the government purchase of public fitness services by the social institutions.and introduce the market mechanism to the nationwide fitness programs.Expand the contractors from single to multi element.In order to protect the rules of the government purchase of public fitness services the relevant laws and regulations have to be improved. The study finally comes up with some suggestions based on the present situation.
