摘要:
运用文献资料法对我国青运会的历史演进、改革动因以及发展问题进行研究。研究认为，从城运会到青运会的改革是基于时代背景下体育强国建设需要、体育后备人才培养需要、青少年健康成长与交流需要而开展的。青运会发展进程中面临着赛事组织机制改革、与青奥会对接、青运会赛事文化塑造、两岸青年体育交流等诸多方面问题。福建青运会作为第一届全国青运会为我国青年体育赛事未来发展提供了可借鉴经验。新时代，我国青运会未来发展应在改革赛事组织机制、促进两岸青年体育交流、完善青运会赛事体系、设置中国传统体育项目、展现中国特色、体教结合、厚植青运会文化根基等方面加强改革，为中国体育强国建设打好基础。
Abstract:
This paper researches the historical evolution，reform motive and problems of the National Youth Games of China by using the literature method.The reform from the City Games to the Youth Games is based on the need of building sports power，needs of sports reserve talents Training，need of Teenagers grow up healthily.In the process of the development of National Youth Games，we faced some questions such as an urgent need to reform the organization mechanism of the games；the connection with the Youth Olympic Games，the cultural brand of the games，and youth sports exchange between Taiwan and Mainland.As the first National Youth Games，the Youth Games in Fujian have provided lessons for the future development of China＇s youth sports events.In new era，the future development of the National Youth Games in China should reform the organizing mechanism of the events and promote the exchange of youth sports between Taiwan and Mainland；To improve the competition system of the youth games；To set traditional Chinese sports and show Chinese characteristics，which serves for build foundation of the Sports Power.
