摘要:
新时代学校体育工作对体育教师发展提出了更高的要求和行为准则,研究基于深化体教融合时代背景,对体育教师需要承担的时代使命进行解读,对面临的现实困境进行分析,并提出相应发展路径。研究认为:体育教师需要承担落实立德树人根本任务、强化学校体育教学训练、提升学生身心发展水平、发展学生学科核心素养、弘扬中华优秀传统文化、深入学校体育科学研究的重要使命。面临的现实困境有:专业知识的浅薄与能力发展偏弱、健康知识的匮乏与自我管理的薄弱、研究能力的不足与工作任务冲突、社会观念的偏见与认知模式固化。提出完善专业知识,加强能力建设;增强健康素养,注重自我管理;提高科研能力,用好导向机制;革新社会观念,激发体育启蒙的体育教师专业能力发展路径。
Abstract:
The new era of school sports work on the development of physical education teachers put forward higher requirements and codes of conduct,the study is based on the deepening of the integration of sports and education in the context of the times,the physical education teachers need to undertake the mission of the times and interpretation,the reality of the dilemma faced by the analysis,and put forward the relevant path of construction.The study concludes that physical education teachers need to take on the important mission of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,strengthening the teaching and training of physical education in schools,enhancing the physical and mental development of students,developing the core qualities of students’ academic disciplines,promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and conducting in-depth research on the science of physical education in schools.The real-life dilemmas faced are:shallow professional knowledge and weak capacity development,lack of health knowledge and weak self-management,insufficient research capacity and conflicting work tasks,prejudice of social concepts and solidified cognitive patterns.It is proposed to improve professional knowledge,strengthen capacity building,enhance health literacy,focus on self-management,improve research ability,use a good orientation mechanism,innovate social concepts,and stimulate physical education enlightenment as the path of building professional capacity development for physical education teachers.
