摘要:
为解决高校体育教学中伤害事故多发的问题，采用个案研究、访谈等研究方法，以发生在C高校的两起体育伤害事故为研究对象，借鉴事故致因理论分析两起事故产生的原因，在此基础上提出C高校规避运动风险的措施。研究发现教师责任心不强，教师在教学中的困难困惑，学校管理的缺失等问题是造成两起事故的原因。提出建议如下：加强体育立法与引进体育保险制度是保障体育课正常开展的首要举措；完善对教师的安全培训工作，使之系统掌握风险辨识、控制以及事故发生后的处理方法；对体育教学有特殊需求的同学，学校要根据其具体情况单独设班进行有针对性的体育教学活动，以保障每个学生参与体育运动的权利。
Abstract:
In order to avoid sports injuries in PE exercises of university,the thesis used methods of case study and interview law to research two sports injuries happened in C college.The thesis revealed reasons as follows:some teachers being short of responsibilities,perplexity in PE lessons and lack of college management and so on.Suggestions:strengthening legislation and introduce insurance system to PE;improving safety training for teachers to make sure that the teacher could identify and control sports risks expertly;the school setting up adaption courses for special students to guarantee the sound rights of them.
