摘要:
大学教育是大学生养成终身体育锻炼习惯的重要阶段，主要体现在对体育锻炼重要性的认知及实际锻炼习惯的养成，在此过程中大学生的体育需求是其中一个影响锻炼习惯形成的因素。文章采用文献查阅和问卷调查法， 对集美大学大一、大二学生的终身体育锻炼习惯及需求情况调查，分析了影响大学生终身体育锻炼习惯形成的因素及需求，为通过体育教学课程引导学生形成正确的终身锻炼习惯和了解学生所需提供有益参考。
Abstract:
College education is an important stage for college students to form the habit of lifelong physical exercise,which is mainly reflected in the recognition of the importance of physical exercise and the cultivation of the actual habit of physical exercise.In this process,the physical exercise demand of college students is one of the factors that affect the formation of the habit of physical exercise.In this paper the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey were adopted for a survey of lifelong.physical exercise habits and needs of freshmen and sophomores in Jimei University.Furthermore,the factors and needs that affect the formation of College Students life -long physical exercise habits were analyzed,and so as to provide useful reference for physical education teaching to guide students to form correct life-long exercise habits and understand the needs of students.
