摘要:
文章在“立德树人”背景分析的基础上,以学校体育课程中“立德树人”的实现途径为着眼点,结合体育学科的发展特点,从内生与外生的两个角度,分析了学校体育课程改革的影响因素:内生因素分为课程标准、教材、教学手段、德育评价、育人能力;外生因素分为社会环境、家庭环境、学生自身环境。基于此,提出了学校体育课程改革的优化路径:外部路径方面,不断完善社会环境,发挥家庭教育的作用,全面提升学生的自我教育;内部路径方面,完善课程标准和丰富教材内容,改善教学方式和更新教学方法,健全德育评价体系和激励学生全面发展,提升教师育人能力和加强专业知识水平。
Abstract:
Based on the background analysis of moral values establishment and people cultivation,focusing on the routes to realize moral values establishment and people cultivation in school-based physical education curriculum,the influencing factors of school-based physical education curriculum reform were analyzed from endogenous and exogenous factors by combining with the development characteristics of physical education.Endogenous factors included curriculum standards,teaching materials,teaching means,evaluation of moral education and teaching ability.Exogenous factors were divided into social environment,family environment and students’own environment.On this basis,the optimizing routes for school-based physical education curriculum reform were put forwards.External route was to continuously improve the social environment,play the role of family education,and comprehensively enhance students’self-education.Internal route referred to perfecting curriculum standards,enriching teaching materials,improving teaching means,renewing teaching methods,perfecting the evaluation system for moral education,encouraging students’allround development,enhancing teachers’teaching ability and strengthening professional knowledge.
