利用2003—2013年中国省级面板数据,采用静态GLS和动态GMM估计方法,实证研究我国高技术产业R&D投入对经济增长的影响。结果表明:整体上我国高技术产业的R&D经费投入对我国经济增长是显著的正效应,但R&D人员投入却对我国经济增长表现出负效应趋势。进一步分析表明,造成高技术产业R&D人员投入对经济增长负效应的原因在于各省市R&D人员投入的波动性以及省际之间R&D人员投入的差异性;处于递增区域的R&D人员投入可促进经济增长,而R&D人员投入递减的区域对经济增长则表现出无显著影响或强烈的负效应趋势。
- Abstract:

This paper conducted an empirical study of the impact of R&D inputs in high-tech industry on China’s economic growth from 2003 to 2013, by using the static GLS estimation and dynamic GMM estimation method. The results showed: On the whole, the R&D expenditure of high tech industry was a significant positive effect on the economic growth while the R&D personnel input was just the opposite.Further analysis shows that the negative effect on the economic growth was caused by the fluctuation in each province and the inter-provincial difference of the R&D personnel input.The areas of increasing R&D personnel input had a significant positive effect while the areas of decreasing R&D personnel input showed no significant effect or strong negative effect trend.
