摘要:
为全面剖析我国中小学教师心理健康研究的整体现状及其演变趋势,采用Cite Space可视化工具对CNKI(2000年-2025年)收录的172篇核心文献进行量化与可视化分析。结果显示:时间维度上中小学教师心理健康研究核心发文量呈波动型下降趋势,政策驱动影响显著;空间维度上,核心发文量存在地域分布不均,发文机构与作者尚未形成跨地域、跨学科的合作模式;热点维度上,研究从基础关注逐步向多元、纵深拓展。未来研究应加大研究力度、拓宽研究地域广度、增强研究深度,加强理论与实践结合,构建系统知识体系,以应对中小学教师心理健康问题,契合时代需求。
Abstract:
To comprehensively analyze the overall status and evolving trends of research on the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers in China,this study uses the Cite Space visualization tool to conduct quantitative and visual analysis of 172 core documents indexed in CNKI (2000-2025).The results show:in terms of time dimension,the core publication volume on mental health research of primary and secondary school teachers shows a fluctuating downward trend,with significant policy-driven influence;in terms of spatial dimension,there is uneven regional distribution of core publications,and publishing institutions and authors have not yet formed cross-regional and interdisciplinary collaboration models;in terms of hotspot dimension,research has gradually expanded from basic concerns to diversified and in-depth exploration.Future research should increase efforts,broaden regional scope,deepen research,strengthen the integration of theory and practice,and build a systematic knowledge system to address the mental health issues of primary and secondary school teachers and meet the needs of the times.
