摘要:
乡土文化素养作为乡村教师的一种特殊素养,具有育人、塑己、厚乡三重维度的价值,是乡村教师不可或缺的素养。然而,受城乡二元对立思维的影响,乡村教师的文化离根、乡村教师教育的文化偏向、乡村学校教育的文化脱嵌等因素交织在一起,乡村教师的乡土文化素养由此陷入困境。鉴于此,应该基于乡土文化自觉激发乡村教师的乡土意识,基于本土化培养模式夯实乡村教师的乡土知识,基于乡土文化教育提升乡村教师的乡土教学资源利用与开发能力,以破解乡村教师乡土文化素养的发展困境。
Abstract:
Rural folk culture cultural literacy,as a special kind of literacy for rural teachers,has the triple values of educating people,shaping oneself,and enriching the countryside local culture.It,and is an indispensable literacy for rural teachers.However,due to the influenced by of the binary opposition thinking between urban and rural areas,the rural teachers’ folk culture rural cultural literacy is thus trapped in a dilemmas,which is complicated by the cultural disconnection of rural teachers,the cultural bias of rural teachers’ education,and the cultural dis-embedding of rural school education,the rural teachers’ folk culture rural cultural literacy is thus trapped in a dilemma.Therefore,it is necessary to rebuild the rural teachers’ rural consciousness based on rural cultural awareness,solidify their rural knowledge based on localization model local characteristics,and enhance their ability to utilize and develop rural teaching resources based on rural cultural education,in order to break through the dilemma of rural teachers’ rural cultural literacy development.
