摘要:
教学实践能力是判定师范生素养的基本要素之一。目前各大高校相继陷入人才培养困境,究其原因,主要由课程设置不合理和课程实施重视度不够造成的。因此在培养师范专业学生过程中,首先要树立正确的身份认同观念,整合课程设置,分阶段地给师范生创造训练教学技能的机会和场所。同时,创造性地将理论知识与具体教学实践相结合。唯有与时俱进,及时更新先进的教育思想和科学管理理论,才能切实地提高师范生的教学实践能力。
Abstract:
Teaching practice ability is one of the basic elements of students’ literacy. For the dilemma of talents training in colleges and universities, it gets its own reasons. Only by keeping up with the times, updating the advanced teaching thoughts and scientific theories, can it improve the teaching skills of normal students. In the process of cultivating students, it is necessary to set up the correct identity concepts, integrate curriculums; create placidly opportunities and places to train teaching skills. At the same time, creatively combine theoretical knowledge with concrete practice.
