“新师范”建设是当今广东省职前教师教育的重点。在此背景下,对广州地区193名英语专业实习师范生开展有关一般自我效能感、职业认同与工作满意度的问卷调查,借助统计分析软件SPSS19.0与结构方程模型软件Amos17.0进行数据分析,结果显示:英语实习师范生的一般自我效能感得分不高;教师职业认同总平均分及各个维度平均分都远高于量表中间值,三个维度得分从高到低依次为职业价值观、角色价值观和职业归属感,其中职业归属感个体差异性最大。工作满意度总平均分及各个维度(自我实现除外)平均分都仅略高于量表中间值,三个维度得分从高到低依次为自我实现、人际关系和工作强度,其中人际关系个体差异性最大。一般自我效能感在一定程度上能够正向预测职业认同,后者在一定程度上能够正向预测工作满意度,在这三者相互作用中,教师职业认同起中介作用。
Abstract:
New Normal Education is currently the focus of pre-service teacher education in Guangdong Province.With this as the background,193 English-major interns in Guangzhou City were surveyed by questionnaires and the results were statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0 and Amos 17.0.Results show that the scores of English-major interns’general self-efficacy are low;As for the teachers’professional identity,the overall mean score and each category mean score are all higher than the middle value of the scale,and three categories from the highest mean score to the lowest one are professional values,role values,and sense of professional belonging respectively.Individual differences are the most obvious in the category of sense of professional belonging;As for the job satisfaction,the overall mean score and each category (except self-actualization)mean score are all just slightly above the middle value of the scale,and three categories from the highest mean score to the lowest one are self-actualization,human relations,and workload respectively.Individual differences are the most obvious in the category of human relations;general self-efficacy can positively predict teachers’ professional identity to a certain degree ,and the latter can positively predict teachers’job satisfaction to a certain degree.Among the three,teachers’professional identity serves as a mediator.
