摘要:
梳理国家新教师资格考试制度对师范生综合素质培养的新要求,分析传统师范教育受到的影响和面临的挑战,从评价体系、课程设置、专项竞赛、仿真教学和核心素养教育五个方面,提出师范生综合素质培养的新举措。
Abstract:
According to the new teacher qualification examination system, the paper hackles the new requirements of the comprehensive quality of normal school students, analyzing the influence and challenge of the traditional teacher education. It put forward the overall quality of normal school students training new initiatives from five aspects: the evaluation system, curriculum, special competition, simulation teaching and core literacy training.
