摘要:
师范生进入顶岗实习前应具备一些情景相依的基本的教学技能和基础性的教学知识,大学教师教育者和中小学指导教师按照“互惠共赢”的原则在真实的教学现场联合指导师范学生的学教实践。涉及顶岗实习的各方应协调建立有利于师范生学教的学教共同体,让师范生在他们生活的三维空间里生成和增长实践性知识。最后对高师顶岗实习工作有效性提出相关建议。
Abstract:
Student teachers should possess some fundamental situation-loaded teaching skills and knowledge before getting into the post practice, on basis of reciprocity and mutual benefit, teacher educators at colleges and teachers in middle and primary schools must jointly guide student teachers’ learning to teach at the teaching and learning spot. All parties referred to post practice should coordinately found the community of learning to teach for student teachers’ learning availably, in order that student teachers could generate and grow the practical knowledge in their three-dimensional living space. At last, we try on giving some suggestion about the progressing of post practice at those normal universities.
